Who we are
FEERSUM is a UK music label and studio. You can contact us about privacy at info@feersum.club.
Information we collect
The site processes information needed to provide its pages, store, cart and language settings. If you allow optional tracking, we also receive information about pages viewed, links clicked, device and browser characteristics, approximate location, referral source and actions such as viewing merchandise, adding it to a cart, starting checkout, opening a ticket link or contacting us.
Checkout is provided by Shopify and ticket sales may be completed on Skiddle. Those services process information under their own privacy policies when you use them.
Analytics and social advertising
With analytics consent, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand visits and improve the site. We configure it without Google signals or ad-personalisation signals.
With marketing consent, we may use the Meta Pixel for Facebook and Instagram campaigns and the TikTok Pixel when a TikTok campaign is configured. These tools help attribute visits and useful actions to campaigns, measure performance and build advertising audiences. Analytics and advertising scripts do not load before the relevant choice is granted.
Your choices
Necessary storage supports core features and remembers your privacy selection. Analytics and marketing are optional and can be accepted, rejected or selected separately. You can change your decision at any time; withdrawing consent stops new optional tracking from this site and removes accessible tracking cookies from this browser.
Sharing, retention and your rights
Data is shared only with service providers used to operate the site, fulfil shopping or ticket journeys, and provide the optional analytics and advertising services you select. Those providers may process data outside the UK using their applicable safeguards and retain it according to their configured retention periods.
Depending on the circumstances, UK data-protection law may give you rights to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to processing, and to withdraw consent. Contact us to make a request. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
